Join Salford Cathedral Choir for a choral workshop day exploring the sacred music of Amy Summers.
Led by Director of Music, Alex Patterson, the workshop will dig into a range of Amy’s music from her first commissions whilst at Nottingham Cathedral, through to new music written specially for Salford.
We’re thrilled that Amy will join us for this exciting event and take part in an engaging conversation with Alex about all things music – including her recent film and TV work – with Q&A.
The workshop will run from 10am – 5pm with breaks throughout the day. Participants should be able to read music and feel comfortable at some sight singing. All sheet music will be provided on the day and available digitally beforehand.
